Please note that all orders are shipped in no more than 2 business days
and typically in 1. Air shipments are attempted to be sent in 1
business day always, BUT any order not in by midnight will not ship the
next day if ordered via air. Please note that orders after midnight on
Tuesday via 3 day select will not arrive until the following Monday due
to shipping on Wednesday and 3 business days being the following Monday
via UPS. The same is the case with 2 day Air on orders after midnight
on Wednesday and Overnight shipments after midnight Thursday. You must
build in 1 day to ship and 1-3 business days to arrive when calculating
air delivery dates.
Exchange Policy
If
you have an exchange of your Happy Feet you need to send them to us via
US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS to the address below. We will send them
back to you on an exchange at no charge, but remember that you must pay to
ship them to us. We do not accept worn slippers for
exchange.
NO RMA# IS REQUIRED FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 1/1/10. JUST PUT A DETAILED NOTE IN YOUR PACKAGE OF WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE DONE.
Return Policy
You
may return your Happy Feet slippers within 75 days of purchase for credit.
All returns are subject to inspection and must
have a receipt or website trackable order number. All returns are
subject to inspection for excessive use or wear and we will credit the
original purchasers account. We do not accept worn slippers for return
unless deemed defective by manufacturing.
Simply send the item back with the original packing slip or order information in the package and ask for a credit.

EXTRA CHARGES:
When
exchanging an item for one of another price we will charge the card on
file from the original purchase the difference. If you do not want that
card charged, you must include the difference in price in the box.
Cleaning Instructions
Happy
Feet are a delicate item. To clean them you need to try a lint brush
first, but if they require more cleaning try to hand wash with a light
detergent and air dry to protect the colors.
