Site was great. Item shipped on time. Delivery was a little slow. Site went through UPS then item transferred to USPS, because of that the item was in my area for two days in limbo before it arrived. That's the only thing that bugged me. Other than that...everything was great.

slippers are very snug for the sizes indicated in the size chart... i wear a 8.5 in men's, and these barely fit... there's no way a 9.5 could fit into these... they'd do well to update their size chart... just saying... otherwise very happy with the durability/construction of these slippers, they're super warm and comfortable, thank you! 5 stars
