Orders

Orders placed by 1 PM Eastern Time on business days ship the same day; others ship the next business day. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until the purchase is complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason at our sole discretion. If a cancellation occurs, any payments will be promptly refunded.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. Sales tax is applied to shipments within Nebraska. Payments are processed upon order dispatch, and we accept major credit/debit cards. If payment authorization fails, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Returns and Exchanges

HappyFeet Slippers® offers a 60-day return policy. We’ll provide a free return label to ensure a hassle-free experience. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or style are also free, provided the item is available.

Promotional Codes

Discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within their stated validity period. HappyFeet Slippers® reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional codes at any time.
