How do I know what size to order?
Sizing will vary by product type.
Sizing charts are available here & within the images of the products.
We have also integrated an app into the product page to help you order the right size.

Do the slippers run large, small or true to size?
True to size.
It is notable:
For example: If a
medium runs in sizing from 6-9 and you are size 9. You may consider
choosing a large for the extra foot space. If you are an 8.5. The medium
will fit wonderfully.
What if I don't see my size listed?
If your size isn't an option in the drop down menu that means it is currently out of stock.
But check back later!

Do HappyFeet Slippers have a right or left foot?
If you receive a pair that has two L's on the back of the slipper, the L's represent the size large.
What if I get the wrong size?
Returns and exchanges are no problem!

• An exchange or refund is completed once the product has been shipped back and delivered to our warehouse.
• We will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping charge because the shipping has already been paid for.

place a note on top of the slippers of what you would like for us to
take care of. For example exchange for XL or please refund. Do not place
a note inside the slipper, it will be missed.
• Before sending an
exchange, please ensure the item you want is available on the
buyhappyfeet.com website. If we are out of stock we will automatically
refund you.
• We don't accept obviously worn slippers for return unless deemed defective by manufacturing.
• The slippers must also be free of strong odors like cigarette smoke.
We
PLEASE ask that you only print one label if you are absolutely certain
you plan to mail a return. We pay for each label whether it is used or
unused. Thank you for this consideration.
• All labels not used within 10 days of request will be voided.

How do I clean my HappyFeet?
For proper care of your Happy Feet Slippers...
If you are cleaning lint, fur, and general debris, try a lint brush.
For more pervasive stains or odors, use a damp (not wet) cloth with a
gentle detergent or soap and water. Gently rub the areas that need
cleaning and let air dry.
Please, do not ever place your Happy Feet in the washer! They will become too saturated.
Can I go outside with my HappyFeet?
You can go outside with All arounds and Slides but going outside is discouraged with Happy Feet Traditional Slippers and Character Slippers.
It is true that they have a very well constructed no-skid bottom but hard surfaces like concrete and grass can wear down the sole and hasten the life of your Happy Feet.
Can I put my HappyFeet in the washer?
No.
They will become too saturated.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship all over the world. Please choose you country when you checkout.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process and fulfill orders twice daily at 8am and 1pm Monday-Friday.
From processing and fulfillment at our warehouse they are then delivered the same day to their respective shipping carriers.
How long do the shipping carriers take?
Shipping carriers will receive the package that same business day it was processed and fulfilled.
The
shipping carriers will receive the package the day it is dropped of and
the package will begin its travels the next business day.
Please
note: It is important to add 1 business day to your shipping time to
ensure you are managing expectations and providing time for processing,
fulfillment and receiving.
Shipping Scenario:
2 day shipping:
You order Monday before 1pm. The package is processed, fulfilled and received by the shipping carrier Monday afternoon.
The
carrier will place that package for travel beginning Tuesday morning.
It travels 2 days. Tuesday and Wednesday. It is delivered Thursday.
1 day shipping would be Wednesday.
Regular shipping would be between Friday and the following Tuesday.
Important Note:
Sometimes
the carriers move quicker than the scenario above and your two day
package is flown overnight instead of the next day. In this case, you
would get your package one day earlier.
But please do not order hoping that will be the case. Especially with the increase in shipping demand in the wake of Covid.

Can I have a custom style made?
We have 3 options and we are currently creating a fourth option.
1.) Custom Happy Feet Traditional Slippers and Low Pro's not for resale:
This custom slipper program is designed for businesses, special events, promotions, etc.. They are not designed for resale, we provide the artwork with your logo, unique design, etc. and they require a minimum purchase of 50qty.
2.) Custom designs for resale. Each request is considered individually. Please reach out to
customerservice@buyhappyfeet.com with the specifics of you project. A minimum purchase qty. in each size is required.
3.) Famous artists.
We work with many famous artists to bring their own slipper line to market. If you are interested in having Happy Feet Slippers as a part
of your product catalog please reach out to customerservice@buyhappyfeet.com
4.) Going forward.
We are currently designing a way to allow anyone to place their image onto a zlipperz. When we achieve this, anyone will be able to upload
their image to a zlipperz and have that wonderful Happy Feet Slipper quality with their own design! Coming 2022!
Licensed Slippers - Do you offer any other licensed slippers?
At this time we are licensed only for the products shown, but we're
always looking to acquire more. If you are wondering about a specific
team/character, feel free to reach out to us directly to see if it's
being considered!
