Returns

Returns and exchanges are no problem! 

You will be prompted to enter your order number and zip code. 

Then you can print a label right there.

Easy as that!

 

Please Note Before Completing a Return or Exchange:

  • You have 60 days after date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
  • An exchange or refund is completed once the product has been shipped back and delivered to our warehouse.
  • Please retain your tracking number.
  • Please place a note of with your instructions of what you would like for us to take care of.   example: exchange for XL or please refund.
  • Before sending an exchange, please ensure the item you want is available on the buyhappyfeet.com website. If we are out of stock we will automatically refund you.
  • Please do not place your instructions inside the slipper.  Place your instructions inside the shipping bag.  If a return lacks specific instructions, we will refund you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of an item that has obviously been worn or smells of smoke or perfume.
  • Wait to print your label until you are ready to drop the package off.  All unused return labels will be automatically deleted 10 days after they were requested.

Special Note:

PLEASE only print a label if you are absolutely certain you plan to mail a return.  We pay for each label whether it is used or unused.
